- Only essential profile, address, and order-contact details are stored.
Payment Safety
Secure payment expectation
- Never share OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, or your full card number in public chat on the storefront.
- A trusted gateway or verified payment confirmation screen should always be used for final paid checkout.
- If you receive a manual payment request, verify it through the store WhatsApp number first.
Delivery Safety
While receiving the parcel
- Verify the order ID and customer name when receiving the parcel.
- If the parcel is damaged or tampered, record an opening video and send it to the support team the same day.
- For expensive or festive orders, it is recommended to cross-check delivery handover confirmation by phone.
Returns & Refunds
Clear after-sales process
- Report damage, defect, wrong-item, or missing-item cases with parcel-opening proof.
- For approved return cases, the store will share next steps and courier guidance.
- Refund or exchange status can be verified through both order tracking and WhatsApp support.

What to do if you have a complaint or concern
1. Keep order details readyShare the order ID, product name, phone number, and a short issue summary.
