Return Policy

Every product is checked before dispatch. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products with mandatory parcel opening video.

Return eligibility

  1. We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.
  2. An opening video of the parcel is mandatory. Requests without opening video will not be accepted.
  3. Returns are applicable only if the product is damaged or defective on delivery.
  4. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  5. Return parcel must be sent through India Post Speed Post after approval from our team.
