Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Customized, stitched, sale, or already shipped products cannot be cancelled.

Order cancellation

  1. Cancellation requests must be shared on WhatsApp within 12 hours of placing the order.
  2. Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
  3. Customized, stitched, altered, made-to-order, or bulk order products are not eligible for cancellation.
  4. If prepaid cancellation is approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method after verification.
