Refund & Exchange Policy

Simple support flow for damaged or defective products, modelled for ethnic fashion orders.

Refund and exchange process

  1. All products are dispatched only after quality checks.
  2. Return or exchange requests are accepted within 10 days from delivery.
  3. The product must be shipped back via India Post Speed Post only.
  4. After we receive and verify the parcel, we reimburse Rs.100 per parcel towards shipping charges.
  5. Refunds or exchanges are processed after product condition and opening video verification.
