How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the Track Order page. Enter your Order ID or registered mobile number to get real-time status updates. You will also receive WhatsApp notifications for dispatch, out-for-delivery, and delivered stages.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A clear parcel-opening video is required as proof for disputes.
  • Contact us on WhatsApp +91 9429429880 with your Order ID and video.

How do I update my registered mobile number or email?

For security reasons, mobile number and email changes require identity verification. Please contact our support team on WhatsApp +91 9429429880 with a valid government ID. We will process the change within 24 hours after verification. You cannot change these details directly from the dashboard to prevent unauthorised access.

How do I deactivate or permanently delete my account?

Deactivation temporarily suspends your account. You will not be able to log in or place orders. Your data is retained and can be restored by contacting support.

Permanent deletion removes all your personal data, order history, and preferences from our systems. This action is irreversible. You can initiate either action from the Account Management section above.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Yes. We take privacy and security very seriously:

  • Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA-256 and are never stored in plain text.
  • PAN card data is encrypted before storage.
  • We do not store card details — all payments go through secure payment gateways.
  • We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, or full card number over chat or phone.

Why is PAN card information required?

PAN card details are required as per Indian tax regulations for transactions above a certain threshold. Providing PAN helps in:

  • Generating accurate GST invoices for business purchases.
  • Compliance with the Income Tax Act for high-value transactions.

Submission is optional for standard purchases but mandatory for bulk or wholesale orders.
